Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Brozelonsychrali, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Services Provided

We provide professional garden care and maintenance services throughout Central Otago, New Zealand, including but not limited to:

• Regular garden maintenance and upkeep
• Professional lawn care including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
• Plant care and watering services
• Hedge trimming and shaping
• Seasonal garden tidy-ups adapted to New Zealand's climate
• Garden care services while property owners are away

Service Agreements and Quotes

All service agreements will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before work commences. We provide free, no-obligation quotes after assessing your garden's specific needs. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on current conditions. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment Terms and Methods

Payment terms will be clearly specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, payment is due within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with New Zealand law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Our services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). We guarantee that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match any description provided. If our services do not meet these guarantees, you have rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our operations in New Zealand. While we take great care in providing our services, we are not liable for damage to plants or property that may occur due to natural causes, existing conditions, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service delivery. You must inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements. We will respect your property and follow any specific instructions you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem conditions unsafe.

Weather and Seasonal Considerations

As a New Zealand-based service, we adapt our work to local weather conditions and seasons. Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, frost, extreme heat) to ensure quality results and safety.

Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of any significant changes to these terms via email or written notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
